We ship through all major shipping company’s such as USPS, UPS, and FEDX. We are not responsible for and damaged, lost or stolen dental handpieces shipped to us or shipped back to the customer. We do not carry any type of insurance to cover damaged, lost or stolen dental handpieces shipped to us.
Thank you for shopping Precision Handpiece Repair. If you received the wrong item, defective item or shortage in shipment or you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for the return, your item must be unused and returned in the original manufactured packaging in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned with your original receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it an notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuers polices.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
